Labial Reduction

This surgical procedure is designed to sculpture the elongated or unequal vaginal lips to one’s specification.  It is usually done on the small inner lips, but can be done on the outer lips, if appropriate.  This procedure is typically requested by women who are born with large or unequal labia or develop this condition with childbirth or age.

Vaginal Tightening

This is a surgical solution for vaginal relaxation, which occurs when the vaginal supports loose their tone, strength and control due to childbirth or age.  Vaginal tightening surgically restores the stretched or damaged supporting tissues and the muscles of the perineum.  The stretched and excess vaginal skin is removed resulting in immediate reduction in vaginal size, which should allow more friction and return of sensation during sexual intercourse.

Hymen Restoration

What about HPV vaccination?

In the summer of 2006, the FDA approved the use of Gardasil®, a vaccine for 4 types of HPV (human papillomavirus). This virus is responsible for virtually all cases of cervical dysplasia, cervical cancer, and genital warts. The vaccine is highly effective against the 4 types of HPV that account for 70% of cervical cancers and 90% of genital warts.

While vaccination can be given between the ages of 9 and 26, it is best to administer it between the ages of 11 and 13, as it is most effective before sexual activity.
